Integrity
 
Integrity is the quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high moral principles or professional standards. Most of life's regrets are form times when something was called for and we didn't respond - some word,some action,some deed- from within we hear a voice but do nothing. Out of our passivity we fail to do what is needed. Not only are we hurt but those around us become victims of our neglect. Integrity involves discerning who you are,and then where and to what you feel called at this moment in your life. Integrity implies that I have a core, a spiritual center in which I am grounded and from which I live my life. It often means to pause in the quiet, with everything turned off, to listen, to discern, to be still and know that God inside you is working out purpose in your life. Integrity demand that we live or life intentionally , authentically and  boldly. Leave nothing on the table; let there be very few regrets.
